A new version of Mac OS X, Snow Leopard, due to release sometime next year. Will not, yes not, have any new features. “Taking a break from adding new features, Snow Leopard…” states Apple “…builds on Leopard’s enormous innovations by delivering a new generation of core software technologies that will streamline Mac OS X, enhance its performance, and set new standards for quality.” I think that this is just because they ran out of ideas. Well when you do have a perfect operating system, why change it. However, the new update will have Microsoft Exchange Support and will run in 64-bit. For more information visit: Apple.com

Man…I heard about this a while ago and I was completely disappointed. Leopard feels slightly unstable and I have had many issues of programs crashing but I also feel there are quite a bit of stuff that Apple could add!
Like tabs for Finder, how to organize windows more efficiently (because a Mac desktop can get cluttered QUICKLY even with Spaces), cooler/more efficient minimize effects, etc.
I guess most of the good ideas needed was already added in Leopard (stacks, Spaces) but its still disappointing…
